The Slow Streets program was established as part of the County’s local emergency response to COVID-19. Slow Streets are streets that are signed to alert and assist drivers in reducing vehicle speeds and can help residents feel more comfortable accessing streets in their neighborhoods, thereby protecting residents from overcrowded sidewalks.
