West Altadena Broadleaf Tree Trimming Los Angeles County Public Works, Road Maintenance Division will be performing Phase II of parkway tree maintenance in the West Altadena area. This project is scheduled to begin on November 16, 2020 and be completed by December 14, 2020 (weather permitting).
Public Works encourages resident participation in the expansion and renewal of our urban forest. For locations where trees were identified for removal, we contacted the home owners and offered replacement trees to them if the location meets our parkway tree planting standards.
Public Works also encourage residents who do not currently have a tree to participate in the tree planting program by requesting a tree at: https://pw.lacounty.gov/rmd/parkwaytrees/TreePlanting.aspx
