Starting NOW on Small Business Saturday, Team DEO has launched and opened applications for a new $500,000 Economic Opportunity Holiday Grant (bold) program, powered by the DEO’s Office of Small Business, PACE, and the American Rescue Plan Act, to help you recover and grow in the new year!
Through the Economic Opportunity Holiday Grant program, small businesses or nonprofits impacted by COVID-19 may be eligible to receive between $3,000 and $5,000 in limited grant awards in the new year. Applications are now open from Saturday, November 30th to December 31st.

In 2023 and 2024, Team DEO delivered one of the County’s largest grant programs to help small businesses, microbusinesses, and nonprofits as they recovered from the pandemic.
The grant, powered by the American Rescue Plan Act, Lendistry, the California Office of Small Business Advocate, and the Los Angeles Regional Small Business Development Network, fueled the recovery of over 5,100 microbusinesses, small businesses, and nonprofits with a historic $55.7 million in grants.
