Census Tract 4601 is the Northeast section of Altadena bordered by Lake Avenue on the west; the transmission lines which border the Angeles National Forest to the north; the unincorporated boundary approximated by Eaton Canyon and Altadena Drive on the east; and a line which traverses Mendocino Street on the south continuing across Allen along Glen Terrace Street to Midlothian Street at Glen Canyon and across Glen Canyon to Altadena Drive.

Connor Cipolla is a native of the San Gabriel Foothills who grew up just down the road in Sierra Madre. Connor and his wife, Sara, moved from Pasadena to Altadena in 2017 so that their three kids could also grow up in a small-town community with big-city opportunities and services. Connor brings varied professional experiences to the council in traditional and digital media production and social engagement for non-profit and small business clients. Connor also brings extensive experience in youth and homeless services. Connor is eager to serve the greater Altadena Community with a keen interest to improve cross community communication, end homelessness locally, bolster public safety, and see businesses thrive..
