On Tuesday February 20th, 2018 Chuck Vosicka and Manuel Orellana of the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works presented the preliminary plans for the New York Drive Reconstruction Project. The tentative start date is January 2019, it will be constructed in four phases, and has a tentative completion date of November 2019.
