Celebrate Saturday, October 8th in Altadena! Clean Air Day Fair, Latino Heritage Month Second Saturday Concert, Art, Music and more! 

*Walk, Bike, take Metro LA Transit is free this weekend, except Metro Micro $1/ride!

Altadena Clean Air Week will come to a close with Celebration Clean Air Day Fair Saturday 10/8  

  • 9AM Join Jonathan Arevalo on the ALD Green Zone tour of the landscaping surrounding the Altadena Library

  • 10AM-12N “1000 Yardscapes Challenge”  Panelist from AGZA, Altadena Heritage Tree Committee, South Coast AQMD, 301 Organics and native plant advocate will share how you can promote clean air with a few changes in your landscape. Q&A, demonstrations, try out landscape gardening equipment, kids bike/scooter skills course, followed by closing ceremony, participation and #shoplocal prizes: Cafe de Leche, Plant Material, Altadena Farmers Market and more! Then to top it off, free ice cream! 😀
