Census Tract 4612 is the central East section of Altadena bordered on the west by Lake Avenue; along a line which traverses Mendocino Street on the north continuing across Allen along Glen Terrace Street to Midlothian Street at Glen Canyon and across Glen Canyon to Altadena Drive; the unincorporated boundary approximated by Eaton Canyon and Altadena Drive on the east; and by New York Drive on the south.

Representatives

DR. REGINALD WILKINS is currently a Project Manager of Measurement and Evaluation at a major southern California utility. He received his Doctorate in Economics from Claremont Graduate University and his Bachelors of Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

Dr. Wilkins leads the company’s energy efficiency research portfolio for nonresidential customers. In this role, he manages all study aspects including proposals, design, development, budgeting, invoicing, cofounding, reporting, and other relevant study tasks. In this role, he is also responsible for integrating study findings into program planning, regulatory positions and strategy.

Dr. Wilkins has also worked in competitive market research roles in a major insurance company, as well as a boutique market research firm. He began his research career in organizational research in a major California-based HMO.

Dr. Wilkins is a California native and attended Monterey High School. He currently lives in Southern California with his wife and two young boys. He is an astronomer with the Sidewalk Astronomers of Monrovia California and loves cycling, soccer and golf.

DOUG COLLIFLOWER commenced his real estate career in 2015 and is currently a Broker Associate with Berkshire Hathaway Golden Properties in Pasadena. Doug is a realtor dedicated to making a difference, handling every transaction with integrity, innovation, and care. Doug has earned his Senior Real Estate Specialist® (SRES) designation and is passionate about helping our seniors with their unique real estate challenges.

Prior to entering real estate, Doug owned and operated his own Golf Course Management Company for nearly 30 years, where he accumulated a vast amount of experience in contract negotiations, business planning, budgeting, property management, capital projects, marketing and client care, all of which give him a leg up in providing excellent care for his real estate clients.

Doug has lived in Altadena since 1992 and been active in the community for more than 30 years. In addition to his position on the Altadena Town Council, Doug is currently the President of the Altadena Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Board of Directors for the Rotary Club of Altadena.  

​Doug has many interests to fill his free time. He especially enjoys DIY projects and regular visits to the gym. He, his wife, and two children travel when possible, and Doug loves to photograph their adventures. Other hobbies include gourmet cooking, reading, and a little golf when time permits.
