This year’s Altadena Town Council election was truly one for the books.
Because of you — our neighbors, volunteers, candidates, librarians, business owners, and community partners — we broke every record:
- Most candidates ever on the ballot
- Most volunteers across multiple days and locations
- Most voting days and polling sites
- Highest voter turnout in Town Council history
Over three days, across multiple locations, we counted a total of 890 ballots cast — more than double our usual turnout. This is community in action. This is Altadena.
To every person who voted, volunteered, ran, shared information, or brought a friend — thank you. None of this would have been possible without you.
Your feedback helps us improve future elections and ensure the process continues to reflect the values, voices, and needs of our community.
