The following letter was sent by the Altadena Town Council to Mayor of Pasadena Terry Tornek and Pasadena Police Department Chief Phillip Sanchez in regards to community concerns about Pasadena Police Department activity in Altadena and the November 9th, 2017 incident involving Altadena resident Chris Ballew in the town limits of Altadena. A copy of the letter was also sent to LA County Board of Supervisors Kathryn Barger, LA County Sheriff – Altadena Station Captain Vicki Stuckey, and Pasadena City Manager Steven Mermell.
